Cancellation Policy

All reservations are subject to availability, and a valid identification document along with an appropriate drivers license must be presented at the time of pickup. The minimum age requirement for renting is 18 years. Reservations are considered confirmed at the time of booking; however, they will only be valid once full payment is completed. If the total payment is made online, the reservation will be validated immediately. If payment is to be made in person, the reservation will only be valid upon completing the payment in person. Full payment is required at the time of booking, with all prices quoted in MXN and inclusive of applicable taxes. No refunds shall be issued for any cancellations, regardless of the timing. No refunds shall be issued for no shows. Any modifications to reservations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges, if applied. Motorcycles must be collected and returned at the designated location in a timely manner to avoid late fees. The use of helmets is strictly required for both riders and passengers, and renters assume full responsibility for any damages or losses incurred during the rental period. Comprehensive insurance coverage is available and strongly recommended. Please note that we cannot be held liable for disruptions resulting from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
