What documents do I need to rent a motorcycle?

To rent a motorcycle, you must have a valid motorcycle driver’s license, present an official ID, and complete the payment using any of our available options.
What Harley Davidson motorcycle models are available for rent?

At Slaves of Freedom, we currently offer the iconic Harley-Davidson Sportster 883. However, we are actively working to expand our catalog with more legendary options to meet our customers' expectations.
Is insurance included in the rental price?

Yes, our rates include basic insurance. However, in case of any damage to the motorcycle during the rental period, the customer will be responsible for the corresponding costs.
Is there a mileage limit during the rental?

All our rentals include unlimited mileage. However, customers are responsible for fuel costs during the rental period. Rentals are limited to the number of contracted days and the established check-in and check-out hours.
Can I customize my route or get route recommendations?

Absolutely! We provide recommendations for scenic routes and offer support to help you customize your journey.
Where can I pick up or return the motorcycle?

Motorcycles are available for pick up at our location at Río Papaloapan 115, Fluvial Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. Delivery to your address is also available for an additional cost.
Can I rent a motorcycle for just one day?

Yes, we offer rental options starting from one day to several weeks.
Can I add an additional driver to my rental?

Yes, additional drivers can be added for a small extra fee, subject to document validation.
What is your cancellation or reservation change policy?

Cancellations are allowed with at least 4 days' notice. If you cancel within 1 to 3 days before the rental date, a no-show fee equivalent to one day of the total value of the reserved days will apply.
Is a deposit required to rent a motorcycle?

No deposit is required for motorcycle rentals. However, the no-show policy applies to cancellations made within 1 to 3 days before the rental date.
What happens if I experience a mechanical issue during my rental?

We provide 24-hour support within Puerto Vallarta city to address any issues.
Do you offer discounts for group or extended rentals?

Currently, we do not have special rates for groups or extended rentals. However, we are open to considering customized options based on our customers' needs.
Do the motorcycles come with helmets and other safety gear?
